🌱 From Pain to Purpose: The Regenerative Journey of a Redhead Light Warrior

I was born in 1990 under Ohio skies, wrapped in the love of a single Queen who held it all together with fierce tenderness. For the first 8 years of my life, we walked—literally. No car. No complaints. Just our feet on the earth and hearts filled with joy. Welfare checks may have kept the lights on, but it was love that lit the room.
Being a freckled redhead in a small town came with its own initiations—bullying, shame, and deep emotional suppression. I didn’t know it then, but I was already being shaped into a spiritual warrior. The anger I swallowed became the dis-ease that echoed in my chest years later, crying out for liberation.
By my early 20s, I was having 15 stabbing chest pains a day. I numbed myself with processed food, alcohol, weed, and video games. Life felt like a loop of self-sabotage... until it didn’t. One day, something sacred cracked open in me. Call it rock bottom. Call it grace. I call it Jesus.
When I had nothing left, He came rushing in—not with judgment, but with open arms. And through His mercy, I heard the whisper of Mother Earth: "Come back to the garden."
So I did.
🌿 Earth Medicine & Soul Remembrance
I dove headfirst into a whole foods, plant-based lifestyle. Within weeks, my chest pain cut in half. Within months, it nearly disappeared. My body was healing, but so was my spirit. I became obsessed with regenerative farming, energy medicine, and the subtle symphony of Life's intelligence.
Fasting. Breathwork. Light language. EFT. Acupuncture. Coffee enemas (yes, really). Tarot. Crystals. Reiki. Grounding. Prayer. Tuning forks. Sacred geometry. Plant medicines. I went all in.
I wasn't running from pain—I was transmuting it. And Jesus was with me through it all, smiling patiently when I got distracted by shiny spiritual bypasses, and gently guiding me back to Truth. His light never dimmed, even when mine flickered.
🔥 The Rise of Regenerative Ryan
In 2021, I shed old skins and emerged as Regenerative Ryan—not a persona, but a soul who finally remembered why he came here. I gave a speech in Chicago that shook the room: "Eating USDA Organic is NOT Enough." And another: "It’s NOT the COW, it’s the HOW."
That fire led me to Farmer’s Footprint, where I reunited with soul family: Cari, John, Derrick, and Tom. We began meeting weekly to evolve, heal, and dream a new world into being. That union birthed One Living System (OLS)—a sacred ecology, a blueprint for the New Earth.
🌎 One Living System: Returning to Our Original Instructions
OLS is more than a philosophy—it’s a spiritual operating system rooted in indigenous wisdom, natural law, and the language of Life itself. It gave me the courage to release everything misaligned:
A marriage
A job
Egoic masks
I returned to my original instructions: co-create with the sacred web of Life.
Jesus became not only my Savior, but my compass back to Christ consciousness—a state of living in union, not division. Through Him, I rediscovered the true meaning of stewardship.
✨ Sacred Service in the Golden Age
After years of exploring every modality under the sun, I discovered BioGeometry Energy Sciences, pioneered by Dr. Ibrahim Karim. It’s Nature’s own design language—a harmonic bridge between the seen and unseen. Through this sacred science and my hands-on work in regenerative agriculture, I now travel to support farms, homes, people, and communities.
In 2025 and beyond, I’ll continue offering subtle energy balancing on a donation basis. No one is turned away. Whether it’s a payment, a heartfelt hug, or just your presence, all forms of Love are welcome.

"I am an invulnerable, eternal soul here to let go of all ego-centric identities and share Love and Light with all of Life."
This is why I rise. This is why I serve. And when I forget, Jesus reminds me.
