About Me

Childhood trauma and poor lifestyle choices led me to experience up to 15 severe chest pains a day in my early 20s—like a knife stabbing through my heart. My body was crying out for healing. In 2014, I began my return to harmony by turning to Mother Earth, shifting to a whole-foods, plant-based diet. This ignited a passion for farming, energy healing, and living in rhythm with Life.

But it wasn’t just Earth who guided me—it was Yeshua/Jesus Christ, my rock. In the moments I strayed into ego, confusion, or pain, it was His love that brought me back into alignment with Christ consciousness. His presence has never wavered, even when I did. He is the light in my darkest nights and the calm anchor in the storm.

In 2021, Regenerative Ryan was born. That year I sent ripples through Chicago with a fiery Toastmasters speech, “Eating USDA Organic is NOT Enough,” followed by “It’s NOT the COW, it’s the HOW.” Since then, I’ve helped organize sacred community events like “Co-Creating Loudon County” and “Amplifying Indigenous Women’s Perspectives” to support the collective rise.

As our human-centric systems collapse (food, health, government), I believe it’s time we return to the Living Systems of Life. One of my greatest teachers in this has been Cari Taylor, whose book One Living System became a cornerstone in my personal evolution. Her teachings catalyzed a powerful shedding of ego: my marriage, my career, and all the masks I once wore. In their place, I found something far more eternal—my soul.

In the depths of that dark night, Yeshua reminded me of my original instructions: to walk as a co-creator within Life’s sacred web. Since then, I’ve aligned myself with BioGeometry Energy Sciences—Nature’s own design language, a sacred science developed by Dr. Ibrahim Karim and taught through the Vesica Institute. Alongside that, I’ve deepened my hands-on understanding through regenerative farming, volunteer work, and an intensive 8-day course with the Savory Institute on holistic land management.

Now, I offer subtle energy balancing on a 100% donation basis for farms, homes, animals, plants, and people—honoring Life's abundance and reciprocity. If you don’t have money, heartfelt presence, a conversation, or a shared act of service is equally welcomed.
